How do I return an item?


You must obtain authorization for a return before shipping any item back to Core Moto.

The following statements are bold red text to ensure the customer notices our return policy in whole and in part.

Returns of select Core Moto products will be accepted for return provided the product is eligible for a return and authorization is obtained within ten (10) days of receipt of product. If product's packaging is opened and can not be resealed, no return will be accepted.

If a return is authorized but is caused by customer error or without defect a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee will be charged.

Custom, special order, hand made components from A1A Sportbike / Core Moto will not be accepted for return. This includes Brake lines since each set is built to order based on customer color choices.

Order cancellations, only if applicable will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Otherwise order Cancellations will be treated as a return and charged 20% restocking fee.

In no case will we refund the paid shipping cost on any return that is NOT due to a defective item upon receipt.

No returns will be authorized due to BACK ORDER STATUS or shipping delay. We will also not issue a refund for refused packages, undelivered or lost packages due to the customer not being present.

Select products from certain manufacturers will not be accepted for a return under any circumstances, This includes but is not limited to custom bodywork and large or heavy items..Be sure to double check all product information and features before check out or contact us directly before purchase.
