How do I return an item?


You must obtain authorization for a return before shipping any item back to Core Moto.
The following statements are bold red text to ensure the customer notices our return policy in whole and in part.

Most products offered by Core Moto are made by hand and built to the custom option selections choosen by the customer at the time of purchase. These items are non returnable and can not be exchanged. This includes Brake lines since each set is built to order based on customer color and length choices. Regardless of color choosen, they are a hand built custom made product.

Returns of select Core Moto products will be accepted for return provided the product is eligible for a return and authorization is obtained within ten (15) days of receipt of product. If the product shows any sign of wear or use, no return will be accepted.

If a return is authorized but the reason for return is caused by customer error or change of mind, a twenty percent (20%) restocking/processing fee will be charged.

Order cancellations, only if applicable will be charged a 10% restocking/processing fee. Otherwise order Cancellations will be treated as a return and charged 20% restocking fee.
Order cancelations are only accepted before the order is in processing stage.

In no case will we refund the paid shipping cost on any return that is NOT due to a defective or incorrect item upon receipt.

No returns will be authorized due to shipping delay.
No returns for refused packages, undelivered or lost packages due to the customer not being present or entering incorrect address.

Select products from certain outside manufacturers will not be accepted for a return under any circumstances.

In some cases brake lines can be altered if they have not yet been installed. Example: A brake line was ordered too with too much extension or a different bend banjo is needed for your custom application we can assist. Contact Support to start an RMA process for alteration. You must follow the RMA process to have a line altered.
