PLEASE READ ALL DETAILS BELOW, THIS IS A NON-RETURNABLE/NON-REFUNDABLE PURCHASE. You MUST thoroughly clean the OEM lines you are sending to us INSIDE AND OUT... Please be aware, we will reject lines that will contaminate our workstations.
This listing is for customers who wish to send in 1-3 physical brake lines to be duplicated by Core Moto with a stainless-steel braided equivalent. You will make the purchase, then send in your lines to Core Moto for duplication.
While Core Moto can produce replacement brake lines for most motorcycles, there are limitations.
THIS LISTING IS FOR SIMPLE STREET / CUSTOM OR DIRTBIKE LINES THAT HAVE NO JUNCTIONS, BANJOS ON BOTH ENDS. DIRTBIKE LINES WILL HAVE CORE MOTO HARD TUBES INSTALLED THAT MIMIC THE OEM AS CLOSE AS POSSIBLE.
1: Core Moto lines are Stainless steel braided, no matter what color you choose. Stainless steel lines do not flex the same as OEM rubber hoses. SS lines are more rigid than rubber lines and generally half the diameter. If you feel that making the line the exact same length as OEM will cause a clearance problem, you need to request how much shorter or longer you want the replacement line compared to the OEM line.
2: Product must have Banjo fittings at both ends (some threaded fittings are available as well, but this listing is for lines with banjos and no junctions).
Core Moto Stainless banjos are available in the following sizes:
- 10mm Hole - available in stainless and titanium, all color options for stainless are available
- 8mm Hole - available in stainless, uncoated only
- 6mm Hole - available in stainless, uncoated only (6mm has recessed faces for O-rings)
3: Core Moto 10mm banjos are only 1 length: 15.25mm from head of banjo to the crimp/swage collar. If the original line you are sending in has extra-long or short banjo stems, Core Moto will not be able to duplicate it exactly. We can match most bend angles or very close to it if the stem is close to the same length as ours.
4: Mounting grommets will be provided, however Core Moto does not make a mounting grommet to match every OEM grommet, and we will send the closest equivalent we have.
5: Abrasion protection on the line: Many OEM rubber lines have some sort of extra abrasion protection, generally an additional rubber hose covering over the rubber line, or a coil of wire on a section of line. Core Moto lines do not have extra abrasion protection on them (except off-road / dirt bike lines with hard tubes) Core Moto lines have an inner Teflon tube, Stainless steel mid layer and PU or PVC outer layer that is Clear, black or colored.
Once you have placed your order, you will print a copy of your invoice and send it in the box with your original lines.

If your brake line does not match the selections in the order, we will contact you for further payment. You need to ship your line/lines to us within 10 days of placing the order. Once received, if the line is okay to duplicate, general turn around is 3 business days but can be higher during busy times.
We will not keep the line build specification on file unless you request us to do so in the purchase. If you choose this option, we will create an order for you that shows all the specs of the build that can be accessed to place future orders of the same part if needed again.
