Use the images below to choose the options needed for your race set up.
Core Moto 3T systems are intended to route on a race bike as described below. Your set up may be different. It is up to you to ensure all measurements are correct for your application.

L1: From the master cylinder to the front of the right fork tube. Straight down the tube between the upper and lower triple clamps. The T fitting should rest in front of the Lower triple clamp directly in the in front of the fork tube.

L2: Straight down from the T fitting, around the OUTSIDE of the right fork, back to the right caliper.
NOTE: This area is where you account for enough slack to make up for suspension travel, yet not so much it snags when suspension is fully compressed and/or steering turned lock to lock.

L3: Straight across the front of the Lower triple to the left fork leg. This line should start dropping down after passing the centerline of the bike, then go around the OUTSIDE of the Left fork, back to the left caliper.
NOTE: This area is where you account for enough slack to make up for suspension travel, yet not so much it snags when suspension is fully compressed and/or steering turned lock to lock.

When measuring to fit your bike, we suggest using coaxial cable or something of similar rigidity as it will best replicate a stainless braided brake hose. Use zip ties to hold the coaxial cable in place anywhere you will mount the brake line while dry measuring your bike.

For customer ease, we will assume measurements are to end of banjo fittings...not centers.
Measurements to the T fitting are to center of T.

Take your time and keep reworking your measure until you have it dialed in. We can not make lines longer if they are too short.
We do not accept returns on brake lines.
