Core Moto Titanium Dished Head Bolt (DOUBLE LENGTH)

  • Ultra strong, ultra-lightweight titanium
  • Low-profile concave dished head for further weight reduction
  • DOUBLE LENGTH for use with two stacked banjo fittings
  • Available in M10x1.0 (fine thread) or M10x1.25 (coarse thread)
  • Choose your thread pitch from the drop-down menu
  • Bolts can be blued upon request
  • Includes 3 annealed copper crush washers
  • Sold each

Our lightweight titanium banjo bolts have a low-profile head with a concave dish in the top for weight reduction and a nice, finished performance look. The term 'double length' means that this bolt will work with 2 banjo fittings; if needing to pass through 1 banjo fitting, please choose our single length banjo bolt listing. Each bolt includes annealed copper crush washers for leak-free installation. Bolts are sold each.

In general, but not in all circumstances, the following thread pitch guide applies:
  • OEM Japanese brake system components use M10x1.25
  • OEM European brake system components use M10x1.0
  • Aftermarket brake system components, such as Brembo or Galespeed, generally use M10x1.0
OEM-Installed Brembo brake system components:
  • Actual thread pitch may vary, depending on model
  • European bikes generally use M10x1.0 OE Brembo parts
  • Japanese bikes generally use M10x1.25 OE Brembo parts
  • PLEASE CHECK YOUR OEM THREADS BEFORE ORDERING AS THERE ARE A FEW EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE

NOTE: Due to issues with our laser equipment and the availability of parts to repair, bolts may NOT have the Core Moto logo engraved on the head.
