Replacement Drive studs by Core Moto USA

Made for Core Moto wheels, not other wheel brands.

Core Moto makes replacement parts available for all Core Moto wheel sets.
Do not order these in hopes they will work for other wheel brands.

These are not one size fits all parts. Each Core Moto bike application may use a different head and different stud length...correct P/N is important.
We do not list info related to fitment, as customers in the past have ordered assuming they would work on other wheel brands or they are universal.
DO NOT ORDER UNLESS YOU HAVE VERIFIED WHAT PART NUMBER YOU NEED.
Our Documents may refer to them as "drive studs" "wheel studs" or "sprocket Studs"

  • 4130 Hardened chromoly steel, clear zinc plated.
  • Sold as single units (change quantity to reflect multiple units)
  • Returns are NOT accepted
These parts are press fit tolerance. If your sprocket carrier is worn or damaged, the studs will not fit tightly. New sprocket carrier assemblies are available.
If you have an older stud head design that has a longer taper tip, it is recommended that all 5 or 6 units are replaced at the same time to avoid uneven pressure in the bushing collars.

NOTE: Sprocket drive studs are intended for sprocket carriers of Core Moto USA / Carrozzeria forged aluminum wheels. No returns accepted.
