Genuine 3/8-24 Staubli Quick-Disconnect Socket and Plug (Pair)

When used in a brake line application, a plug and socket pair inline can be disconnected and re-connected without the need to bleed the system. Although it may look counter intuitive to call one side the "plug" since it covers the socket, there is a center post on this unit that will insert into the socket side. The threaded portion is 3/8-24 with a 37-degree JIC taper for sealing. We can build brake lines with the required fitting.

This is NOT a knock-off copy made in China. We have tested nearly every knock-off brand made, and although much cheaper we found a 20% failure rate from the non-genuine parts in the short-term cycle tests we performed. The word "Staubli" is used to describe this style disconnect no matter who makes them because the Genuine Staubli brand is the benchmark of quality.
